Unfortunately, both the FAQ and terms pages are poorly organised and not intuitively named. For example, withdrawal and rollover information is under “7. General Rules and Specific Event Rules,” while the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy omits mention of the 5x minimum rollover requirement altogether. Their support team should strive to provide more clarity and responsiveness.
