Hacksaw Gaming isn’t exactly trying to reinvent the series, and players seem to enjoy the familiar spins, but at some point, it might just become a bit too repetitive. Even so, Le Vampire is a silly, not-so-serious release with a pretty solid gameplay loop, and a sizeable max win of 15,000X the bet.

Wild Symbols
Wild Symbols help form winning combinations by being able to substitute for all regular paying symbols.

Whenever a winning combination is made, the Super Cascade triggers, removing all symbols of the same type as the winning symbols from the reels, allowing new symbols to fall in from above and potentially create additional wins.
Golden Squares
After creating a winning combination, the winning symbols leave behind a Golden Square. These squares can then be activated by landing a Rainbow Symbol, which will reveal a special symbol, and they are as follows:
Bronze Coin = Reveals a random value ranging from 0.2X to 4X the bet.
Silver Coin = Reveals a random value ranging from 5X to 10X the bet.
Gold Coin = Reveals a random value ranging from 20X to 50X the bet.

By landing 3 Scatter Symbols, you will be awarded the Coffin Break Free Spins feature with 10 spins. During the bonus game, all Golden and Blood squares remain sticky until they’ve been triggered, and landing a winning combination with high-paying symbols will upgrade them into Epic versions, increasing the level in your Symbol Bar meter, which will award +2 spins for each level. Final Thoughts on Le Vampire
The Le series is a fan-favorite, but not without its hitches and bumps. While we enjoy the games, we do feel that at some points it feels a bit too similar, especially when a few of the releases are merely reskins. However, Le Vampire is different enough, largely thanks to its rather fun and silly theme, to feel like a solid addition to the series, especially after a few rather lackluster releases, such as FIFA World Cup-themed releases like Le Hooligan and Le Football fan. Visually, Le Vampire brings with it a fun setting that’s reflected in just about everything, from the blood-soaked high-paying symbols after turning Epic and Smokey himself turning into a blood-sucking bat.
When it comes to gameplay, everything feels very familiar, but that is not necessarily a bad thing, as the Le series is beloved for its gameplay formula, and maybe a small part because of Smokey’s antics. The regular spins aren’t all that much different, as the Super Cascades keep the reels clear for more chances at hitting Rainbow or Epic Rainbow Symbols to trigger the Golden or Blood Squares. Speaking off, the Epic Rainbows and Blood Squares are probably the highlight of the game, as, while relatively rare, when they hit and take over the playing grid, excitement is at an all-time high, at least coming from the Le series. The bonus games leveling system, which, while not being new to the series, feels a lot better here, as the Epic versions of high-paying symbols award additional spins and also double in value, is quite engaging and fun, adding additional layers outside of just hoping to trigger as many Gold Squares as possible. All in all, Hacksaw Gaming delivers on a solid release to the Le portfolio, but if you feel the series has become a bit oversaturated, we’re not so sure Le Vampire is gonna change your mind, even while we do deem it to be a great slot experience.
