The game takes place under a full moon, lighting up the reels. We seem to be located in some sort of valley, but the background is blurry and the screen is packed with buttons and information, so we’re not really invited to the setting. However, Northern Lights has used audio to make up for this. An epic, Disney-like tune plays in the background, and a voice sometimes comments on what’s going on. This creates an all-around great atmosphere, even though the environment is a little muffled. You can play this game on all common mobile devices and desktops. A winning combination is created by landing 3 or more matching symbols on consecutive reels, within the game’s lines, and starting from the leftmost reel.

The lower-paying symbols include J, Q, K, and A. Landing five-of-a-kind with one of these will pay 0.8x-1.6x the bet. The higher-paying symbols are made up of Racoons, Eagles, Wolfs, and Bears. A full line of 5 with one of these pays 3x-10x the bet. Our main character, the Bison, acts as a Wild symbol, substituting for all other regular paying symbols. The moon with “Free Spins” written on it is this game’s scatter, and is used to trigger the Free Spins feature. Red moons can also land. Bison Moon Slot Conclusion

We really enjoyed testing out this game, but we can’t help but feel drained from all of these Link&Win slots. We’ve seen what Northern Lights have done in the past, so we know they are capable of creating engaging slots. However, this is still a fun, engaging game. There are a lot of good animations, and the graphics are strong. Combine this with epic music, and you have a fantastic setting. We would’ve loved it if they let the slot breathe a bit more since it feels like the surroundings get suffocated, but all in all, Northern Lights has created a gorgeous atmosphere.

Both of the main features, Link&Win and Free Spins, feel rewarding, and for a new player, they will be tons of fun. However, both have been seen in different versions plenty of times before, so don’t expect anything groundbreaking. For the best experience, we do advise you to activate the Win Booster feature since you’ll get a lot more action than without it.
