The iGaming technology company Gaming Innovation Group (GiG) has signed a partnership deal with a company in Spain. The new partner will use GiG’s award-winning platform for online gambling.
The new partner already has a retail business in Spain and will expand its online operations by the end of this year. Gig’s experience and knowledge will become very useful in the digital transformation.
Hervé Schlosser, Managing Director of the GiG branch Sportnco Gaming, said “We’re delighted to be teaming up with this new partner to help them utilise their existing retail brand and move into online gaming. In today’s marketplace, being able to offer the expertise, support and tools to help our partners stand out from the competition when launching in new markets is something we view as an essential part of our service offering.”
The new partner’s brand is anticipated to secure a competitive market share and start earning revenue at a fast pace.
“This new deal is fully in line with our strategy to focus on fast growing regulated markets, and also bring our expertise to a large number of clients in every market we are. With now 13 clients in Spain, our platform is more than ever the market reference and leader in this country”, said Hervé Schlosser.
The partnership is initially made for three years, with an option for an additional year. The regulated Spanish casino market has been growing in recent years, generating €407 million GGR in 2021, a 13% increase from the previous year.
