Introduction to Piggy Heist

Piggy Heist is a casino slot from Play'n GO, where pigs take matters into their own hands, not waiting for you to feed them your savings, but launching a daring robbery on a bank, from which they will steal the money themselves. They've organized into a team of skilled professionals who aim to empty a vault holding treasures worth up to 70,000x the bet. If you decide to join them, they'll equip you with powerful features, which will help you collect valuable coins along the way, upgrade Wilds from single symbols to stacks with multipliers and gigantic 2x2 blocks, as well as launch a Hold'n Spin bonus, where you'll build up prizes throughout a respin session. Be sure to be quick and quiet, though, as the piggy police patrols are vigilant and they may catch you red-handed should you become too greedy.

Preparation is the key to a successful heist, so make sure you familiarize yourself with the plan in the demo mode available at the top of this page.

Theme, Gameplay & Payouts

Piggy Heist is a video slot from Play'n GO with 6 reels, 4 rows, and 4,096 ways to win. The game offers a wide range of bet options, allowing you to choose your stake from as little as a Min.bet of 0.10 up to a Max.bet of 100. The game offers a default RTP of 96.25%, which is in line with the industry average, although several lower variants are also available to the operators, including 94.25%, 91.25%, 87.25%, and 84.25%. We advise you to ensure which version your casino uses before starting your session. On the mathematical side, you'll experience medium volatility, which should keep a steady balance between the frequency and the size of wins, combined with a base hit frequency of 32.36%. The maximum prize achievable within a single spin is a whopping 70,000x the bet.

It seems like all the planning has been done in our absence, as we join the game already inside the vault. Or perhaps it's some kind of entry hall leading to it, given there are vault doors visible on one of the walls. Whatever the case, there are signs of valuables being stored here, given the golden finish on the round hatch and a luxuriously looking safe standing on the left. The entire scene carries a lighthearted, cartoony attitude, filling the screen with vibrant, polished graphics and empowering the atmosphere with an upbeat, jazzy soundtrack. The game is optimized to work on a variety of modern devices, so you can play it on any desktop, smartphone, or tablet.

The paytable consists of two sets of regular symbols that award payouts when you match at least 3 identical instances on adjacent columns, beginning from the leftmost one. Among the low-paying symbols, you'll recognize royal playing card emblems, including J, Q, K, and A, awarding 1x the bet for a combination of 6. High-paying icons are represented by members of the pig crew, each in a differently colored outfit: green, blue, pink, red, and gold. Premium icons pay from 2x to 5x the bet for a complete way spanning 6 reels. Additionally, there are Wilds in the form of a golden pig hiding behind a stack of banknotes and Coins and Pouches involved in the collection feature, and Stethoscope Scatters that contribute to the progressive meter.

What features are available in the slot Piggy Heist?

The features are Coin Collection, Hold’n Spin Bonus, Vault Gamble, and Vault Wilds.

Coin Collection

Golden Coins with an image of a piggy may land on all reels, carrying multipliers in a range of 0.5x - 25x the bet. Whenever a Coin Pouch lands on the 1st and/or 6th reel, all Coins will be collected and instantly awarded. Each Pouch collects them independently.

Hold'n Spin Bonus

Coins that are not collected by the Pouches end up fueling the collection inside the safe. As it grows larger, it may randomly trigger the Hold'n Spin Bonus while collecting a Coin. You'll be awarded 3 re-spins, during which you'll be able to land only Coins and Blanks. Each Coin lands face down and reveals a value between 1x and 30x the bet at the end of the feature. Landing each new symbol on the board resets the number of re-spins back to 3.

Vault Gamble

At the end of the Hold'n Spin Bonus, you'll have the option to either collect your winnings or gamble them. Deciding on the latter triggers an additional spin during which only Double Coins and Police Badges may land. If there are more Double Coins at the end of the spin, the total win is doubled. If there are more Badges, it's forfeited. You can gamble up to 4 times in a row.

Vault Wilds

Collecting Stethoscope Scatters powers up the meter displayed on the vault hatch. Each 6 instances gathered will activate another type of Wild symbol.

Stage 1 (default) = Standard single-sized Wild.

Stage 2 = Single-sized Wild with a multiplier of x2, x3, or x5.

Stage 3 = Expanding Wild with a multiplier of x1, x2, x3, or x5.

Stage 4 = Expanding Chobby Wild with a multiplier of x1, x2, x3, or x5, awarding 3 re-spins after landing.

Stage 5 = Expanding Walking Wild, moving one step to the left with every re-spin awarded, also with a potential multiplier of x1, x2, x3, or x5.

Stage 6 = 2x2 Mega Wild.

Final Thoughts on Piggy Heist

Piggy Heist is out there with dozens of other vibrant, oinking slots, meaning that it doesn't shine with any particularly standout elements. Sure, it's bright, colorful, and easy on the eye, but so are multiple similarly themed games from other providers, making this entry a rather unimpressive one. The slightly inverted angle of pigs pulling off a heist is entertaining to a degree and can turn a head or two while producing a soft nasal exhale of amusement, yet we can't say it's something that defines this game. Whether it's valuables scattered across an opulent mansion, like in Piggy Bankers by Pragmatic Play, or another coin-filled environment presented in Magic Piggy by Hacksaw Gaming, they all follow more or less the same path. The environment is functional, animations are properly synced, and symbols match the overall playful vibe, but that's about all that could be said about another generic depiction of pigs and wealth.

Regarding the technical side, Piggy Heist is a clone of Crabby's Gold, the studio's pirate-themed release from May 2025. Hence, the two leading features are the same, making the base game all about collecting Coins by landing Pouches on reels 1 and 6, as well as gathering Scatters to unlock new types of Wilds. The variety provided by the latter is quite impressive, spanning single, expanding, walking, and oversized symbols, most of which additionally offer a version with a multiplier up to x5. The classic Hold'n Spin Bonus comes in the simplest form possible, requiring you to collect Coins across the board during 3 resettable re-spins. However, there's an endgame option to gamble the total winnings up to 4 times in a row for those who look for an additional thrill. In the end, it's all pretty straightforward, just as it was in the original game.

Piggy Heist is a fine-looking, vibrant slot, yet one that doesn't bring much new to the table, neither in terms of subject matter nor mechanics.
