Introduction to Fruitillionaire
Fruitillionaire is a casino slot from Avatar UX, set in a quirky kingdom ruled by fruit. The studio does not share much detail about this fictional realm, but for some reason, its inhabitants seem to be utterly frustrated, angry, and even furious. Is it because players constantly come in and take their treasures? Are they mad at each other? You will need to fill in those blanks with your imagination, because no answers are waiting for you inside this fruity adventure. There are, however, jackpots with prizes up to 10,000x the bet up for grabs, and we believe that's even better news. To have a chance at winning one of those tasty rewards, you'll need to collect enough Bonus symbols into three pots sitting above the grid to trigger the Bonus Game. There, you'll enjoy various modifiers to help you gather as many shiny gold coins as possible.

Theme, Gameplay & Payouts
Fruitillionaire is a video slot from Avatar UX with 5 reels, 3 rows, and 25 paylines. In the bet selection panel, you can choose your active stake from multiple options, starting from a Min.bet of 0.1 up to a Max.bet of 300. With the game's default RTP of 96.06%, you can expect steady long-term returns, although two lower variants of 94.00% and 90.52% are also available for operators, so be sure to check your version before playing. The balance between the frequency and size of wins should be fairly equal due to medium volatility, while the top prize from a single spin may reach 10,000x the bet. The base hit frequency is 24.36%.
Once you cross the threshold of the Fruitillionaire land, you'll find yourself before a strange wooden contraption hanging on ropes. Behind it, vast, open spaces covered with green grass span the view, giving you an impression of the massive size of this kingdom. Each compartment of the 5x3 panel holds one symbol, while its top ridge houses three emblems adorned with crowns. A funky, foot-stomping soundtrack introduces a relaxed atmosphere, somewhat clashing with the facial expressions carried by the angry fruit symbols. If you're ready to step into this wacky realm, the game's optimised design allows it to be played on a wide range of devices, from desktops to smartphones and tablets.
The paytable is divided into two groups of symbols, which award payouts whenever you match at least 3 on a payline, while using neighbouring reels, starting from the leftmost one. The low-paying icons are the playing card emblems, 10, J, Q, K, and A in different colours: blue, green, pink, orange, and yellow. They award from 0.8x to 1x the bet for matching 5 on a payline. Angry fruit, like a blueberry, an apple, a strawberry, an orange, and a watermelon, represent the high-paying symbols. Those bring payouts from 2x to 5x the bet when you hit them on a payline spanning all 5 reels. In addition, there are Wilds represented by a gold-red shield and three types of Bonus Symbols, each appearing as a bunch of grapes in a different colour.

Bonus Games
Whenever a Bonus Symbol lands on the grid, it is collected in the matching meter above the grid. Each time it happens, there's a chance that the corresponding bonus round will be triggered. Landing multiple Bonus Symbols during the same spin may trigger a bonus with two or all three features. Each game is played with only special symbols and blanks available on the reels. Special symbols include Coins with instant prizes between 1x and 250x the bet, which stick to the grid and reset the initial count of 3 respins every time they land. There are also Row, Column, and Full Board boosters, as well as Jackpot Symbols with prizes worth 500x (Mini), 2,000x (Major), and 10,000x the bet (Grand).
Green Bonus = increases the number of lives from 3 to 4.
Purple Bonus = expands the playing panel from 5x3 to 5x6.
Red Bonus = enables the booster symbols, which increase the value of Coins in the pattern they display: either up and down, left and right, or across the entire grid.
When you’ve used up all your respins, any Coins and Jackpot symbols you’ve got will be added together and paid out as a multiple of your current bet.
Feature Buy & Ante Bet
Fruitillionaire comes with a Bonus Buy menu called Xpress, where you can find several options for boosting base game spins as well as triggering the bonus game instantly.
1.5x = Ante Bet, with a doubled chance of triggering the bonus game.
75x = Bonus Game with between 1 and 3 features active.
150x = Bonus Game with all 3 features active.
Final Thoughts on Fruitillionaire
Fruits in their classic form have been used in slots since time immemorial, and there are hundreds of games using their traditional image. That's why we always feel a tingle of excitement when a provider decides to put a different spin on that genre, transforming all kinds of oranges, cherries, and watermelons into unique characters. In Fruitillionaire, a team of not-so-pleasant produce occupies the reels, making all kinds of angry faces and gazing at you menacingly, which is not a common sight in online gambling products. However, it's a shame that producers didn't explain the reason for such behaviour through more details added to the theme, or some unique playthrough of features and bonuses, so we're left a bit puzzled as to why this vibrant kingdom is plagued with such a bad attitude. Other than that, the scene looks neatly organised and positive, with smooth effects embellishing wins and feature triggers.
Regarding gameplay, Fruitillionaire doesn't shine with much originality. Firstly, because it uses a massively overplayed 3-pot system as its main bonus feature, and secondly, because it's a direct clone of another release we reviewed just a few months back - 3 Power Genies. Hence, the base game is relatively uneventful, focusing only on collecting Bonus symbols into their matching pots. The visual progression is somewhat confusing at the same time, as it highlights the first segment when the first symbol is collected, but you never know how many more you'll need to highlight the remaining ones. When one, two, or all three pots randomly activate during a spin, you'll be taken to a Bonus Game with three replenishable respins and up to three modifiers that may grant an extra life, an expanded grid, or additional special symbols. That last bit is the only thing that sets the format apart from the classic Hold&Win style, as those special additions may increase other prize symbols in various patterns. Altogether, it's a rather uninspiring setup, but if you're a die-hard fan of cash collection respins with common boosters, and 10,000x max win makes your heart beat faster, this could be one to try out.
Fruitillionaire seems like an interesting idea for a theme that hasn't gotten much love from the producers, wrapped around the same 3-pot gameplay we've seen before in the studio's portfolio.
