Introduction to 3 Builder Piggies
3 Builder Piggies is a casino slot from Avatar UX, based on the fairytale The Three Little Pigs. Each one of the pigs builds itself a house, but the first two houses, made of straw and sticks, are so fragile that a big bad wolf tears them down. However, the wolf can’t destroy the third pig’s house, which is made of bricks.
Each one of the three pigs represents one of the features in the respin bonus game. One of them gives you extra spins, while another one expands the grid with extra reels and rows. Let’s find out what more happens in this world.
You can try out the game on your own by playing the free demo of 3 Builder Piggies at the top of this page.

Theme, Gameplay, and Payouts
3 Builder Piggies is a video slot from Avatar UX featuring 5 reels with 3 rows and 25 paylines. The Min.bet is 0.1, and the Max.bet of 300 can be increased to 450 using the Insane Volatility Mode. 3 Builder Piggies has medium volatility by default, but it can be increased to high in Insane Volatility Mode. The RTP is 95.74%, and the max win is capped at 10,000x the bet.
3 Builder Piggies is set in the countryside at dusk, or maybe dawn. The reels in the middle of the screen look like they are part of a house since they have a wooden roof. Next to the reels is grass and a couple of trees. In the blue sky are some twinkling stars. To the left of the reels is a display of Jackpots, with the Grand Jackpot at the top. To make a win, you need to land 3 or more matching symbols on one of the 25 paylines going left to right. All wins must start on the leftmost reel, and the game is available on mobile phones, tablets, and desktop computers.
The lower-paying symbols in 3 Builder Piggies are 10, J, Q, K, and A. They pay 1.2x the bet for wins of 5 symbols. The higher-paying symbols are spades, hammers, carriages, wood pieces, and bricks. They will give you 2x the bet if you land a 5-of-a-kind win. The Wild Symbol, depicted by a wolf in a construction hat, substitutes all symbols except the Bonus Symbol.
Special Features & Slot Mechanics
What is the max win in the slot 3 Builder Piggies?
You can win up to 10,000x the bet.
What features are available in the slot 3 Builder Piggies?
The features are Wild Symbol, Volatility Switch, Bonus Game, and Feature Buy (Xpress).

Wild Symbol
The wild symbol can replace all regular symbols in making winning combinations on paylines. However, it does not substitute for bonus symbols.
Volatility Switch
The game starts in normal mode, but you can easily switch it to insane mode, which gives you access to bigger jackpots, a better bonus setup, and bigger values on the bonus coins. You increase the standard bet by 50% by activating the insane mode, and the medium volatility becomes high.
Bonus Game
You can randomly trigger the bonus game whenever a bonus symbol lands. The Blue Bonus Collector can trigger the Blue Bonus Game, increasing the number of spins by up to 2. The Green Bonus Collector can trigger the Green Bonus Game, expanding the reels up to a size of 7x5. The Red Bonus Collector can trigger the Red Bonus Game, which guarantees builder frames that can boost the value of any coins that land. It’s also possible for multiple bonus games to activate at the same time, making the gameplay potentially more rewarding.
The bonus game is a respin feature, where you can land blanks or cash symbols on each position. You start with 3 spins, unless you’re awarded an extra spin in the Blue Bonus Game, and the spins reset to 3 every time you land a cash symbol.
There are Builder Frames moving across the grid on each spin. Piggies can turn up and hammer coins on frames. In Normal Volatility mode, you start with 1 to 3 builder frames on the board. When builder frames are placed next to each other, they combine and upgrade, sharing and adding their values together. This can happen multiple times in a single round, significantly increasing the total value.
In Insane Volatility mode, the bonus always begins with 4 builder frames on the board, which improves your chances of getting bigger wins. Whenever a builder frame lands on a coin, its value is added to the coin’s total. The same coin can be upgraded several times during one bonus round, which can lead to much higher payouts.
At the end of the bonus round, all coins on the screen flip one by one. Each coin may reveal nothing or a jackpot symbol, such as Mini, Minor, or Major. If you reveal three matching jackpot symbols, you win that jackpot. It’s also possible to trigger more than one jackpot in the same bonus round.
To win the Grand Jackpot, you need to fill the entire grid with coins.

Feature Buy (Xpress)
In normal mode, the bonus game with a random number of features costs 50x the bet. If you double it to 100x, you’ll get a spinning session at the bonus game with all three features triggered simultaneously.
In insane mode, you’ll have to pay 250x the bet to trigger the bonus game and 500x the bet if you want the insane version with all three features.
Final Thoughts on 3 Builder Piggies
3 Builder Piggies takes the classic fairytale of The Three Little Pigs and turns it into a more modern story with cartoonish pigs looking like construction workers. Add a wolf in a hard hat and a bonus game that feels like a chaotic building project where somehow everything keeps upgrading itself. However, the theme isn’t really new, and there’s a big chance that Avatar UX has taken inspiration from any of the releases in Light & Wonder’s Huff N’ Puff series, such as Huff N’ Lots of Puff or ELK Studios’ Huff N’ Puff CollectR.
The bonus game is definitely the highlight of the game. Watching frames merge, coins grow, and jackpots tease you at the end feels a bit like assembling IKEA furniture, with the exception that things actually come together nicely. The volatility switch is also a neat touch, giving you the choice between playing it safe or going all in piggy style.
This is a decent release, but it feels like the game developer is recycling other developers’ games, and we wish for something more unique, to be honest.
3 Builder Piggies from Avatar UX is a fun, quirky slot with construction pigs that, at the end of the day, don’t charm us much.
