3 Oaks Gaming is picking up pace by expanding further in Europe. Based on the Isle of Man, this rising iGaming provider has been on an expansion spree in 2022. They’ve signed deals with plenty of aggregators and operators, making them available for new audiences and markets.
Online gambling is heavily regulated in Italy. The organ that administrates licenses is called AAMS (Amministrazione Autonoma dei Monopoli di Stato – Autonomous Administration of State Monopolies). To be approved for an operating license, the company has to be established in Europe and pay a hefty fee of €350.000. Furthermore, AAMS can only issue 120 licenses, which means that it is not easy to break into the market.
However, 3 Oaks Gaming is not an operator, but a distributor and provider of content. Thus, following this accreditation, Italy’s online casinos will have access to 3 Oaks’ expanding portfolio of high-quality slot games.
Sebastian Damian, Managing Director of 3 Oaks Gaming, said: “Adding Italy to our roster of certified countries is a clear signifier of our ambition for expansion into regulated European markets.
“Our first year of business has been strong, with a model focused on delivering market-leading promotional tools, innovative games and exciting mechanics that is demonstrably paying off.
“The quality of our product offering speaks for itself, and we are confident it will bring a new level of value to the Italian market.”
3 Oaks Gaming is a new company, launching no more than 10 months ago. Since then, they’ve had a rapid journey, receiving plenty of attention from some of the industry leaders. In July, 3 Oaks partnered with iSoftBet, exposing its portfolio of games globally and reaching many regulated markets. This acknowledged that they are on the right track.
Federica Faggiano, chief commercial officer at iSoftBet, said: “3 Oaks brings interesting concepts to market, be it an array of Hold and Win titles or exciting Megaways games. We’re very excited to add them to our aggregation roster and look forward to a positive working relationship.”
For newcomers in the iGaming industry, these sorts of partnerships are key. It’s a tough business to navigate, and taking help from experienced partners is a recipe for success.
One of the first deals 3 Oaks Gaming signed was a distribution agreement with Parimatch back in May. Parimatch is a globally renowned operator, recognized as one of the best iGaming companies in Eastern Europe.
This was a huge step for 3 Oaks, which Sebastian Damian, Managing Director at 3 Oaks Gaming was thrilled about: “We’re extremely pleased to partner with Parimatch, a brand that is globally renowned, as we look to further grow our international footprint.
“It is clear that the momentum we’re generating is a result of operators taking notice of the valuable content we can bring to the market, and by delivering leading games we’re able to deliver fantastic gaming experiences to players.”
Nataliia Zaieva, Head of Casino at Parimatch Tech, added: “3 Oaks Gaming provides an array of content that brings diversity and innovation in equal measure, and this allows it to stand apart as a distributor in our space.
“We’re looking forward to seeing how its content is received in our markets across the globe, as well as embracing new products when made available through their platform.”
Needless to say, things are looking up for 3 Oaks Gaming. Considering what they’ve accomplished in their first year of business, we can’t wait for the second.
