Once upon a time in Relaxland, there was a little sloth, and his name was Chip. All the other little sloths he lived with would run and jump and butt their heads together, but not Chip. Wild Symbol

Wild symbols expand across the entire reel that they land on. They have a 6x multiplier from the get-go, but will absorb all multipliers on the reel they land on. Wild reels are only available during Free Spins.

Multipliers

Symbols have a chance to have a multiplier attached to them, increasing the number of ways to win.

Avalanche

Every symbol that is part of a winning combination is destroyed, allowing new ones to drop down.

Wooden Blockers

On the grid, you’ll see wooden blocker symbols. Whenever you make a winning combination, all wooden blockers adjacent to a symbol that’s part of the connection are removed, allowing a “real” symbol to drop down. 

Free Spins

If all wooden blockers are destroyed, 6 to 12 Free Spins are randomly awarded, where the full grid is unlocked during all spins. Before every avalanche in the feature, reels 2-5 have a chance to turn wild, and as we explained previously, these will have a multiplier of at least 6x attached to them. To keep the bonus going, a symbol awarding additional spins may land on reel 6.

Super Free Spins

On any spin, the wooden blocks can randomly turn into ice. If all ice blocks are destroyed, 6 to 12 Super Free Spins are randomly awarded. Super Free Spins are similar to regular Free Spins but can escalate crazily. When a symbol with a multiplier is part of a winning combination, the multiplier value is added to a progressive win multiplier. Thus, the multiplier will be kept throughout the feature. 

Now, you didn’t think we’d release a game without some giga degen features, right? After the Super Free Spins are over, you can choose to buy an extra spin, where the current multiplier is kept. This is similar to Wild Yield, where the feature doesn’t necessarily have to end as soon as the potential kicks in. However, the extra spin can only be bought with the money you’ve won during the feature, so it removes the risk of draining your entire balance in a chase of that big hit.

The base cost of buying an extra spin is 90x. But in addition, 10 times the current progressive multiplier is added to the base cost.

So, how do we evaluate a game that we are clearly biased about? Well, first of all, we are certain that it will show for itself. A question our streamers get asked frequently is “what features would your dream slot have?”. This is a question we had to ask ourselves during the brainstorm-process, and we realised that the tumble mechanic was the way to go. Games like Temple Tumble and Templar Tumble have been loved for years, both by us, and our viewers. The only thing that they’ve lacked, is that explosive potential. Sure, they’re high volatility games that can be lucrative, but we knew that our own slot HAD to be up there with the craziest games, potential-wise. 

Visually and thematically, we accepted our limits in graphical production and handed that over to Relax. Of course, we wanted a cool little main character, so we got Chip. Now, please don't question us on why we chose a sloth to represent us, because we’ve grown quite fond of Chip. Perhaps, we do see ourselves in him. He likes to sleep, or day-dream, rather, but as soon as a feature pops or a big win occurs, Chip gets hyped.   

Alright. Core mechanic and main character decided and approved. What’s the cherry on top going to be?
