If you’re familiar with Push Gaming’s portfolio, then you might feel like this game looks a bit familiar, and that is because it is a sequel to Power Vault, released in early 2025. Inspired by old-school classics, these games, alongside other releases such as Nudge N Win Gold, aim to deliver fun, simple slot experiences in relatively light packages. However, we do feel like these games are a bit too similar to each other, meaning they don’t stand out, nor do they feel very memorable. Their gameplay is centered around the Cash Collect prizes and Bonus Game, which, in this game, includes a couple of newly added Collect Symbols such as Multipliers, Splits, Sticky, and Nudge. But even with the new symbols, the foundation and gameplay loop is still very much the same, which might be perfect for fans of the formula that just wanted a bit more content and a sprinkle of more volatility mixed into the feature list. Power Vault Multi is a video slot from Push Gaming with 3 Reels, 3 / 5 Rows, and 5 Paylines. You can choose between making a Min.bet of 0.1 and a Max.bet of 50. Power Vault Multi comes with a higher-than-average RTP of 96.4%, low volatility, and an okay max win of 5,511X the bet.
Just like its predecessor, Power Vault Multi is set on a static wallpaper background with a small playing grid filled with typical slot symbols. The thing that stands out is the Jackpot Prize Ladders and the titular Power Vaults, which can burst open, awarding the bonus game on any spin. The lower-paying symbols are various fruits, including blueberries, limes, oranges, and strawberries. Creating a win with 3 of the same symbols will pay out 1X to 2X the bet. Wild Symbols help form winning combinations by being able to substitute for all symbols except Coin, Jackpot, and Collector Symbols.
Cash Collect
This feature can be triggered by landing a Collector Symbol on reel 2, collecting all Instant Prize and Jackpot Symbols in view. If more than 1 Collector Symbol appears in view, each Collector Symbol collects all values on the reels.
The Instant Prize Symbols can land with values from 1X to 25X the bet and can only land on reels 1 and 3. The Jackpot Symbols can also only land on reels 1 and 3, landing as Mini, Minor, Mega, and Grand Jackpots, awarding 15X, 50X, 100X, and 1,000X the bet, respectively.
Bonus Game
When at least 1 Cash or Jackpot Symbol is present on reels 1 and 3, along with a Collector Symbol on reel 2, the Bonus Game is triggered. The feature is played with 3 spins on a 3x5 playing grid, with the spin counter resetting each time a Cash or Jackpot Symbol is collected or a new Vault Symbol lands in view. Landing Cash, Jackpot, and Collect Symbols in the base game will add to the Power Vault, which has a random chance to trigger. When activated, the Power Vault will burst open, adding Cash, Jackpot, and Collect Symbols to the playing grid to guarantee activation of the bonus game.
Final Thoughts on Power Vault Multi
The original Power Vault release wasn’t exactly our favorite Push Gaming release, as we usually expect something a bit more than just a traditional classic formula. Even so, we didn’t think it was all too bad, just a bit too simple in its gameplay, visuals, and theme. So, while it didn’t make a strong impression on us, we understand a slight reasoning behind wanting to add a classic release to a studio’s portfolio. However, with the release of Power Vault Muti, and even the previously mentioned Nudge N Win Gold, we feel like this simple formula is overstaying its welcome with a few too many similar releases coming out in the span of the same time.
When it comes to its gameplay, Power Vault Multi plays nearly identically to that of its previous installment, just that there’s new potential in the newly added Collect Symbols. But, if you were to play the game, trigger a bonus game, and only hit the standard Collect Symbols, there would be very little difference between this release and Power Vault, as even their payouts, including regular symbol paytables, Cash Prizes, and Jackpots, are all the same. All in all, we don’t mind the release of Power Vault Multi and would even say that we enjoy it more so than its original release, but that’s only in a vacuum, as when it comes down to it, it just feels kinda forgettable with nothing that really stands out, even when it is a solid modern classic release.
Power Vault Multi is a sequel to the 2025 release Power Vault, bringing the same traditional Cash Collect feature formula and payouts back to the familiar old-school classic theme.
