We can’t lie and say that this series isn’t niche, as while it’s incredibly simple and straightforward, it does change up the fundamental cores of casino slots, which we do applaud, even if Gamzix hasn’t taken the deep dive necessary to really make the game unique just yet. We respect the idea behind the Only Coins and Only Diamonds games, just that we don’t think that they’ve been executed as well as we would hope. But even with that said, we understand that there are players out there that love this series, and we can see why, but it just does not click for us, even with Only Diamonds going in the right direction of slowly adding more features. In the base game, there isn’t really much to talk about, as nothing can really happen outside of the Heaps of Diamonds feature, which just triggers the bonus game and not much else. The Respins feature comes packed with all the game has to offer, but it can still feel a bit stingy with its payouts, as Diamond Symbols only go up to 9X, and the biggest Jackpot you can hit as a symbol is only at 50X.
