Only Coins Express is a casino slot from Gamzix which is entirely focused on, well, coins. If you’re knowledgeable about Gamzix, then you know they’re quite a big fan of releasing Coin games, and this is actually a sequel to Only Coins, which was released earlier this same year. What makes this a bit unique is that there are no normal paylines or paying symbols in this game, and it features only Coin Symbols, which actually don’t do anything in the base game. The difference in this sequel isn’t a lot, and the only thing we can really point out is the train above the reels and the train-themed soundtrack, hence the Express in the title. This definitely felt a bit weird to us, as this is more or less just a reskin of a game we’ve seen before, even though it was pretty unique and a bit of an innovative move to try and create a game with no regular paying symbols. But, what we do have is a ton of Cash Coin Prize Symbols, Mystery Symbols, Jackpots, Multipliers, and a Bonus Game to keep us engaged as we try to hunt down the max win of 2,000X the bet.

Only Coin Express is a video slot from Gamzix with 3 Reels, 3 Rows, and no normal paylines, instead utilising Coin Prize Symbols. You can choose between making a Min.bet of 0.1 and a Max.bet of 100. Only Coins Express comes with an average RTP of 96.02%, but take note that there is more than one version, and the others come with lower RTPs at 95.02%, 94.02% and 92.02%. There is sadly not too much to say about the game's visuals, as the game looks rather identical to its prequel, except now featuring a big train, a bridge in the background, and some minor Symbol changes to more align with the new Express Train theme. Final Thoughts on Only Coins Express
The first Only Coins game was something we didn’t really put much thought into, as it seemed like just a one-off game that tried to be a bit unique. But, apparently, Gamzix wanted to be a bit special and wanted to release a sequel, and that’s how we got Only Coins Express, and we’re not really sure what to think of it. On the one hand, we have something more of a theme than just a Las Vegas background with Coins, but at the same time, its train theme doesn’t really line up with the game or make it any more interesting. If Gamzix continues to release the same game with new themes, we hope that the next installments will be a bit more engaging and interesting. With that said, let us talk more about the gameplay.
Starting with the stats, we have to say that the game has some pretty average ones, with an RTP of 96.02% and a max win of 2,000X the bet. If you’ve read this review or played the previous game, then you know that the gameplay loop here is a bit weird, as there’s basically no base game, and it all rides on triggering the Bonus Game and landing some good Special Symbols. We must say that balancing this game is a very thin line, as you somehow have to keep the base game interesting to keep players wanting to spin on basically nothing until they land the correct symbols at the right time. However, we do think that the bonus game, and all the good it comes with, such as Collector Symbols, Jackpots, and Multiplier Frames, is fun and can definitely pay out, but we’re not so sure how long we would want to wait for that bonus game to happen. At the end of the day, we don’t think Only Coins Express is a bad game, just quite unique and a bit niche, and can be right up the alley for some players.
