Introduction to Maaax Diamonds Flaming Link
Maaax Diamonds Flaming Link is a casino slot from Gamomat that brings back an old classic from the dead. Veterans might recognize this game’s title from the original Maaax Diamonds released in 2017, nearly a decade ago, by Bally Wulff. This game was an instant hit, which was then followed up by a couple of sequels, but was instead developed by Gamomat. It’s been a few years since its last release, and now Gamomat is back with Maaax Diamonds Flaming Link, which is more of the same, but now with the titular Flaming Link feature, which we saw a few months prior in games like Royal Seven Ultra Flaming Link, 40 Finest XXL Flaming Link, and Sticky Diamonds Flaming Link. The feature is all about Fireball Cash Symbols, which will trigger the titular bonus game, which splits the playing grid into zones with different Multipliers for the Cash Prizes. On top of these are Expanded Wilds, the classic Gamble mechanic, and a couple of Jackpots, which can payout the max win of 500X the bet.
Experience an old classic, but this time with Gamomat’s latest favorite feature tacked on top, that being the Flaming Link bonus game, filled with zone Multipliers and Jackpots. If you want to try the game for yourself, then be sure to check out the Maaax Diamonds Flaming Link demo first.

Theme, Gameplay, & Payouts
Maaax Diamond Flaming Link is a video slot from Gamomat with 5 Reels, 3 Rows, and 5 or 10 Paylines, depending on the chosen mode. You can choose between making a Min.bet of 0.2 and a Max.bet of 100. Maaax Diamonds Flaming Link comes with an average RTP of 96.11%, medium volatility, and a very low max win of 500X the bet.
Starting up the game, you’re met with the same screen as the original 2017 release, that being a blue and white backdrop with a regular playing grid, except this time, decked out in gold plating with an extra line of Jackpots and Scatter Counters. The entire game screams classic and old-school, and that was what Gamomat was going for, as most aspects are repurposed from the original game. You can play the game on most desktops, mobiles, and notepads.
The lower-paying symbols are cherries, lemons, oranges, and grapes. Creating a win with 5 of the same symbols will pay out 5X to 12.5X the bet. The higher-paying symbols are watermelons, bells, BARs, and 7s. Landing a win with 5 of the same symbols pays out 12.5X to 125X the bet. Coupled with this are the Fireball Cash Prize Symbols, which can only payout in the respective bonus game, but more on that in the Feature section.
Special Features & Mechanics
What is the max win in the slot Maaax Diamonds Flaming Link?
You can win up to 500X the bet.
What features are valuable in the slot Maaax Diamonds Flaming Link?
The features are Wild Symbols, Flaming Link, and Gamble.

Wild Symbols
Wild Symbols appear on reels 2, 3, and 4 and help form winning combinations by being able to substitute for all symbols except Fireball Cash Prize Symbols. Whenever a Wild lands, it will expand over the entire reel it lands on.
Flaming Link
By landing 5 or more Fireball Cash Prize Symbols, you will be awarded the Flaming Link bonus games with 3 Respins. Only blanks and Cash Symbols can appear on the reels during the spins, and each Cash Symbol that lands will stick in its position and reset the spin counter. Fireball Cash Prize Symbols can also come with prizes ranging from 1X to 75X and Jackpots ranging from Mini (50X), Minor (100X), and Major (200X).
During the bonus game, the reels are divided into 4 zones. A Multiplier is assigned to each zone. Once a zone is filled, its corresponding Multiplier is activated. At the end of the feature, the activated multipliers are applied to the Cash Symbols in the respective zones, and then all values in view are added up and paid out.
If all zones are filled with Cash Symbols, an Ultra Bonus of 500X the bet is awarded.
Gamble
After landing a win, you can activate the Gamble mechanic, which allows you to either enter the Card or Ladder Gamble feature. The Card Gamble allows you to bet on the color of the next card drawn, either doubling or losing your win, depending on whether you’re correct or not. The Ladder Gamble will allow you to either advance to a higher level prize or descend to a lower level prize, until you cash out the prize or lead to the total loss of the win.
Final Thoughts on Maaax Diamonds Flaming Link
Maaax Diamonds Flaming Link is a disappointing release, not because it is a bad game, but because it is a rerelease of a 2017 game, but now tacked on with the titular Flaming Link feature, which we’ve previously said is just a lazy attempt at trying to re-innovate a Hold N’ Win feature. Otherwise, the game has an old-school vibe, and that’s because it looks exactly the same as it did nearly a decade ago, and sadly, the series hasn’t seen any major changes since then. The presentation and visuals are a bit disappointing for a 2026 release, however, we’re certain there are classic slot players who might feel right at home here, but for us, the game already feels outdated on release.
Moving on to gameplay, as said before, the game is all about its Fireball Cash Prize Symbols, which is a good enough feature in a vacuum, but not enough to carry a whole game by itself. The Flaming Link mechanic is sadly also just a rehash of previous Flaming Link titular games, as they’re nearly identical in each game, which makes most releases feel the same. However, we still have the Expanded Wild Symbols, which work well enough to help form wins as the paytable isn’t half bad, but not as good as hitting a few Multiplier zones in the bonus game, or hitting a few lucky Gambles. Overall, we think Gamomat relied a bit too much on nostalgia and reusing old material rather than actually delivering on a solid sequel to a classic. On one hand, we still think that certain players might find a few fun spins here, but on the other, it might struggle in a more modern setting, where even faithful classics are still being played.
Maaax Diamonds Flaming Link is a slot that brings back an old classic, but this time with the Flaming Link Cash Prize and Jackpot mechanic, in a bit of a lazy rerelease with very minor changes.
