Introduction to Iron Bank 2
Iron Bank 2 is a casino slot from Relax Gaming, continuing the story of a 2020 release, which was a result of a collaboration between the studio and the industry's renowned streaming community, CasinoGrounds. Like before in the original Iron Bank, the plot follows anthropomorphized animals living in a fictional town resembling real-life Havana around the 1950s, where a spectacular bank heist is about to go down. And who better to get his hands dirty again than a sneaky Jaguar, who wasn't satisfied with the loot he snatched the first time from the vaults of the big Bull boss? This time around, he's not going in solo, but he brings a couple of companions along to make sure there's not a single coin left inside when the dust settles. For us as players, that means three action-packed bonus rounds filled to the brim with Multipliers, Expanding Wilds, and Mystery Symbols, each split across three levels of intensity, and a sensational max win of 50,000x the bet!
Jaguar's team had over five years to prepare for this heist of a lifetime, so there's no need to worry about their skills. However, if you prefer to practice before you're ready to join the crew, there's a demo waiting at the top of this page for you to try out.

Theme, Gameplay & Payouts
Iron Bank 2 is a video slot from Relax Gaming with 6 reels, 4 rows, and 4,096 ways to win. You can choose your stake from a range of options, starting from a Min.bet of 0.1 up to a Max.bet of 20. The game offers a default RTP of 96.10% combined with high volatility, meaning there's a better chance for high-value wins but at the cost of their lower frequency. It's possible to win up to 50,000x the bet in a single game round.
We're back in a tropical town stylized after Cuba's capital, Havana, in the 1950s, where the light breeze carries the smell of cigar smoke and rum. Together with those scents, the air is filled with an energetic action soundtrack mixing strings, trumpets, castanets, and drums, heralding the intensity of the upcoming events. In the base game, the situation is relatively calm, showing the beauty of the exotic city, and the band leader, Jaguar, leaning against his old-school car, sizing up the bank's entry. During each of the three bonus rounds, we'll cycle through different parts of the heist, from the rooftop, through which the team enters the building, to the bank manager's trophy room, and eventually the bank's main vault. Join the sneaky crew in their mastermind plan from anywhere you like on a mobile device or from the comfort of your own home on a desktop.
The paytable comprises three sets of distinct symbols that award payouts when at least 3 matching instances form a winning way by landing on adjacent reels, starting from the leftmost one. On the lower end of the hierarchy, you'll find royal icons from playing cards, like 10, J, Q, K, and A, paying from 0.40 to 0.80x the bet for matching 6 on a winning way. Mid-paying symbols come in the form of three items: a briefcase, a hook gun, and a glass of rum with a cigar. Those icons award between 2x and 4x the bet for a set spanning all 6 reels. Crowning the line-up are the images of a golden pineapple and the Bull bank boss, awarding 10x and 50x the bet, respectively, for a 6-of-a-kind hit. In addition to the regular symbols, there are Wilds appearing as the Jaguar, paying up to 50x the bet for a full combo, and Bonus symbols in the form of a safe adorned with a bull's head.

What features are available in the slot Iron Bank 2?
The features are Dual Base Feature, Bonus Symbol Boost, Free Spins, Lucky Boost, and Feature Buy & Upgrade Spins.

Dual Base Feature
In the base game, you'll have the option to choose between two features active during spins. By using the switch located next to the grid, you can select either Random Mystery, with up to 13 Mystery Symbols possible to land on the grid on every spin, or Random Wilds, with up to 4 Wild Multiplier Reels.
Bonus Symbol Boost
On any base game spin, before the reels settle, the feature may trigger and add between 1 and 3 Bonus Symbols to random positions of the grid, increasing the chance to activate Free Spins.

Free Spins
Landing 3, 4, 5, or 6 Bonus Symbols anywhere on the grid at the same time triggers the Pick Mode for Free Spins, allowing you to select one of three variants in Standard, Super, Ultra, or Ultra with a 2,000x the bet instant payout, respectively.
Multiplier Collect (7 free spins) includes coconut crates, which land on reels 2-5 and progress the collection on respective reels. The increased multipliers apply to Wilds that land on corresponding reels. In the Super variant, a Walking Expanded Wild is guaranteed to land on the first spin and move to a random column on every successive spin. In the Ultra variant, two Walking Expanded Wilds are awarded.
Mystery Symbol (6 free spins) mode selects a random paying symbol at the beginning. Each instance of it landing on reels 2-5 turns the position into a Mystery Symbol. In Super and Ultra variants, the round is played with 1 or 2 extra rows added to the grid, respectively.
Expanding Wild (6 free spins) variant allows the Expanding Wilds to land on reels 3 and 4. Every time they're a part of a winning combination, they award a re-spin and increase their multiplier by 1. In Super mode, singular Wilds landing on reels 2 and 5 will be moved to inner columns and also expand. In Ultra mode, all singular Wilds are moved to inner columns to expand.
Lucky Boost
Randomly, at the beginning of any Free Spins round and mode, the Lucky Boost feature may activate, increasing the chances of a higher total win from the game.

Final Thoughts on Iron Bank 2
Threading the needle when trying to establish a perfect balance between the familiar feel of the original and the thrill of novelty in the sequel must be a massively demanding task for a studio. Whenever there's a follow-up of a successful slot appearing on the horizon, we're always curious which path the producers will choose. Will it be a massive jump forward both for the storyline and the features? Will the theme receive more love than the mechanics, or the other way around? Will it capture the crucial parts of its predecessor in just the right amount? Let's see how Iron Bank 2 measures up to those questions.
Relax Gaming has a solid track record of sequels behind its belt, with the Money Train series being a prime example, followed by the recently reviewed Snake Arena 2 and Bill & Coin 2, so the hopes for another exquisite installment were high. Needless to say, we were not disappointed. The theme alone competently progresses the narrative to another adrenaline-fueled heist happening in the picturesque, exotic city, this time involving not one but three unique characters, each governing his part of the plan. Artistic overhaul has also taken place, adding subtle improvements without disrupting the captivating atmosphere of the original, making the scene look crisper and more polished, but maintaining the same irresistible charm. Along with the artwork, the audio track has also grown in power, turning from an ambient collection of city sounds to a proper action tune.
On the technical side, plenty remained the same, but not in a sense of being repetitive or boring. Quite the contrary, as each of the mechanics we remember from the original has its basic variant and two enhanced ones, properly turning up the dial on the win potential and the pace of the action. Relax has made it exceptionally difficult for the player to choose between the three, especially on the higher tiers, where each mode shines with massively enticing upgrades. To be completely honest, we couldn't advise you if we were asked which one to go for, since they all feel utterly attractive in their own ways, so it boils down to personal preference and a gut feeling. Or maybe just picking the character you feel connected with the most? Whichever way you decide to go, there will always be something exciting waiting around the corner, and with so many options available, it's hard not to keep coming back for more while having that 50,000x max win in the crosshairs.
Iron Bank 2 is a definition of a perfect sequel, maintaining impeccable balance between the original features and the extra power they've received thanks to additional tiers.
