While it’s definitely not the first time we’ve seen this theme, as animals running a mafia seems to be somewhat of a common theme, as seen with games like Wild Chicago and Fish Mafia. Hoodlums Bark City, even though it doesn’t have the best visuals, leans greatly into the theme, and everything just fits well together, especially the soundtrack, as we had mentioned before. But, with all of that said, let us talk about the actual gameplay, which is what most are interested in.
