Hammerblaze is one of many games that have been influenced and inspired by the non-stop releases of Greek mythology-themed games, which come with both positives and negatives. To us, the studio Thunderkick is usually a pretty reliable choice, and its recent releases have been on a great streak. We think that Hammerblaze doesn’t do anything bad, even with its rather unoriginal theme, to break up this streak. But before we sign off on anything, let’s talk about the features in a bit more detail.
Starting off with the stats, we do actually have a bit of a rather low RTP of 94.13%, but with a solid max win of 10,000X the bet. As we mentioned before, the game has a pretty nice flowing gameplay loop to it, and that’s because of the Exploding Wild Symbols, as these can both land naturally on a spin or during an Avalanche. But these Wilds will also appear in empty positions after a winning combination, forming a loop of wins and keeping the spin going longer with more and more Multipliers taking over the reels. Of course, this is then amplified in the Free Spins bonus game, as, while it is a bit boring that it only brings with it Sticky Multipliers, it’s at least better than nothing, and with a few good Avalanches, you can quickly stack up on Exploding Wilds, leading to more and bigger Multipliers.
