Introduction to Corpse Cart

Corpse Cart is a casino slot from Avatar UX set in the local butcher’s shop, except it’s run by a zombie. In this decaying, rusty, and downright health-code-violating store, we find only the finest cuts of human meat, be it heart, brain, lungs, or one of their in-store specialties such as finger fries, braingoo slushie, or liver chips. We can’t deny that Corpse Cart doesn’t come with an absolutely great theme and setting, as it’s very over the top and not taken very seriously, which can even be seen in the features, such as the zombie slapping on promo stickers whenever you create an Infinity Stack. This feature is one of the main bonuses of the game and has previously been seen in games like Vegas Fortune, released in 2025. The gameplay loop centers on creating Infinity Stacks, leaving behind Multiplier Stack positions, and using them to their fullest through Cascading spins. Coupled with this is a Free Spins feature with a few of its own bonuses, such as Syncing Reels and Symbol Selectors, which help convert full reels into the same symbols and create even more Infinity Stacks, helping you reach the max win of 10,00X the bet.

Take a step into Corpse Cart, a zombie-run grocery store where Infinity Stacks, Cascades, Symbol transformations, and Multipliers are the key to hitting the big wins.

Theme, Gameplay, & Payouts

Corpse Cart is a video slot from Avatar UX with 5 Reels, 3 Rows, and 1,024 ways to win. You can choose between making a Min.bet of 0.1 and a Max.bet of 1,000. Corpse Cart comes with an average RTP of 96.06%, a hit frequency of 31.55%high volatility, and a solid max win of 10,000X the bet. However, do take note that the game comes in multiple versions with lower RTPs at 94.04% and 90.52%.

As mentioned before, the game is set inside a store that specializes in human meat, whereas the only workers are a zombie and a group of rats. While not the highest-quality visually, Corpse Cart’s comedic theme and setting are enough to keep us engaged and having fun even before we start spinning. You can play the game on most notepads, mobiles, and desktops.

The lower-paying symbols are 9, 10, J, Q, K, and A. Creating a win with 5 of the same symbols will pay out 0.3X to 0.5X the bet. The medium-paying symbols are various snacks and drinks, including Liveros liver chips, finger fries, and braingoo slushie. Creating a win with 5 of the same symbols pays out 1X the bet. The higher-paying symbols are various cuts of meat, including a hand, lungs, brains, and a heart. Landing a win with 5 of the same symbols pays out 2X to 2.5X the bet. The Special Symbols are the standard Wild and Scatter Symbols.

Wild Symbols

Wild Symbols help form winning combinations by being able to substitute for all symbols except Scatter Symbols.

Infinity Stacks

Whenever 3 or more matching paying symbols land vertically on a reel, they are squished together into a single symbol with the corresponding number of symbols shown as a stack size. There is no limit to how many symbols a stack can hold, and if part of a winning combination, it contributes fully to that win.

Cascade

After landing a winning combination, the winning symbols are removed from the reels, allowing new symbols to fall in from above to fill in the empty spaces to potentially create new winning combinations. Cascades continue as long as new winning combinations are made.

Stack Multiplier

Once a symbol stack has been part of a win, its stack size converts into a Stack Multiplier on the same position. This Stack Multiplier will stick around until the end of the Cascades, boosting every future win that lands on its position.

Free Spins

By landing 3, 4, or 5 Scatter Symbols, you will trigger the Free Spins feature with 7, 10, or 12 spins. During the bonus game, two new bonuses are introduced, the Synced Reels and Symbol Selectors. Starting with the Synced Reels, on any spin, 2 to 4 reels can randomly sync, showing the exact same symbols. Then there are the Symbol Selectors, depicted as rats holding randomly selected symbols above the reels on each spin. If said randomly selected symbol lands on the reel underneath, the rat will jump down, converting all symbols, except Wilds, in that reel into the randomly selected Symbol.

Final Thoughts on Corpse Cart

Zombie-themed slot releases usually get put in one of two categories, where either they’re bloodthirsty monsters on the hunt for brains, seen in games like Zombie Road and Zombie APOPalypse, or they’re more comedic in nature, such as with Taco Fury XXXtreme or Granny VS Zombies. Corpse Cart, of course, finds itself in the second category, as while some players can feel the game is a bit gory with its many pieces of human meat, it’s still not a very serious setting. Even so, we really enjoyed it, as its comedic tones outweigh some parts we were less excited about, such as the graphical quality not being fully up to snuff for a modern release, which can be rather bland.

When it comes to gameplay, Avatar UX brings back the Infinity Stacks feature, and thanks to Cascading reels and Stack Multipliers, they serve as a great way to hit sizeable payouts, which is sorely needed as the paytable isn’t the greatest. Just about every feature is built around the Infinity Stacks, which can be a dealbreaker for some, but, for us personally, we really enjoyed the balance between the base game, which can lead to the occasional big streak, and the volatile bonus game, where Synced Reels and Symbol Selector only make it even easier to build Infinity Stacks. However, if we could have made a wish during development, it would’ve been great to ask for persistent Stack Multipliers, as while they’re fun and needed for bigger wins, they can feel a bit unreliable at times. But even without it, the game offers a nice combination of features that make for a fun experience, with its comedic theme as the cherry on top.

Corpse Cart is a comedic, zombie-themed slot release that combines a couple of great features centered around Infinity Stacks, through Cascades, Stack Multiplier, and symbol transformations.
