Buckshot Wilds is one of those games where what you see is what you get. Nothing more, nothing less. What we mean by that is that you do get a cowboy adventure with plenty of Wilds, but the game will also never surprise you with any huge payout. Although the game is stated as medium/high volatility, it doesn’t feel like it. It has a max win of 859x, and even when you get several Wild reels, it doesn’t really pay off. We don’t say all that to complain, though. Many people like low-volatility games where you win often rather than big, and that’s perfectly fine.

To be honest, despite having seen Wild symbols in all kinds of shapes and sizes before, they make this game quite enjoyable. The Expanding Wilds mechanic, combined with the Expanding Reels, creates an explosive experience. However, this is where the game falls a bit flat due to its low volatility. When trying the game out, we had what we thought was a crazy hit with several Wild lines, but it ended up paying less than 100x the bet, removing any excitement that had started to grow. 

So, if you want a game with frequent features and fun mechanics, Buckshot Wilds is worth a shot, just don’t expect any crazy payouts.
