Final Thoughts on Synchro
Synchro attempts to capture that old golden classic feeling by turning the nostalgic factor up to eleven with just about every detail. We would’ve applauded this game for its modernization, but the fact is that this game is very much the same one that we’ve played before, those being Nitro 100 and Astro, which were not released long before, which somewhat sours the taste. These games aren’t bad, for fruit slots standards that is, but we wish that they weren’t so blatantly copied off each other, as, at least for us that play and enjoy Wicked Games releases, we wish we saw some more changes or innovation, and not samey releases dropped every few months. Outside of that, the visuals are kinda what we would expect for a classic fruit slot game, as these games have had similar settings for decades by now, but at least they’re shiny and smooth, giving them a nice visual appeal.
With all of that said, we think it’s time to discuss gameplay, starting with the average stats, such as the RTP of 96.05% and the pretty solid max win of 10,000X the bet. At first glance, the game looks quite exciting with its titular feature, the Synced Reels, especially as it shows up on every spin. However, it doesn’t mean that you will hit a win on each spin, but with some luck, you can create some pretty decent winning combinations, which is definitely needed, as that is, for the most part, the only way of getting payouts. The other way, albeit a lot rarer, is the Fixed Jackpot Bonus, which, if you’re a Wicked Games fan, you probably already know of, and it comes with 3 prizes, ranging from 20X, 100X, and 2,000X the bet. This isn’t exactly anything you should bet on as your consistent money maker, as while the prizes are good, they are sadly too rare to really help with anything outside the occasional big win or hunting for the max win. We can’t lie and say we didn’t enjoy our time with this game, but thanks to the studio's previous releases and quite simple gameplay, we feel the need to at least let you know what you’re walking into.
