Loaded Sack comes with an average RTP of 96.15% and a medium to high volatility, depending on which game mode you’re playing in. Final Thoughts on Loaded Sack
Wicked Games has an interesting portfolio, especially thematically, which is a mix of both original and cool ideas, and some pretty unoriginal ones, with two examples we can compare being Fawkes and Synchro. Loaded Sack finds itself in a bit of a weird in-between, as seasonal releases are nothing new, especially Christmas and Santa-themed games, however, Wicked Games does make it all a bit more interesting with its fun Naughty or Nice Volatility Switch mechanic. While rather lightweight in terms of visuals, it at least tries to be a bit funny, albeit with varying results, and we wish they leaned more into it, as seen in Saint Nicked. But at the end of the day, it is a seasonal release, which sadly often comes with a pretty low bar for what is a good game, and we would say Loaded Sack does pass it, but that’s also because of its features. So with that said, let us move over to the gameplay section.
Starting with the stats, we got a pretty average RTP of 96.15%, and two different types of max wins, depending on which game mode you’re in, with the wins either being 2,500X or 10,000X the bet. This number actually surprised us a bit, as it’s a bigger difference than we would’ve expected, but it does give players their own choice of how volatile they want their game to be. Outside of the Volatility Switch mechanic, the main feature is the Sack Pick & Click, which comes with plenty of different rewards, all of which, except for the no-win outcome in the Naughty mode, can come with consistently good payouts, either from the Instant Prizes or one of the many Respin features. The Sack and Respin features then get a bit more interesting in the Free Spins bonus game, as all of the bonus effects that you land now become permanent for the rest of the feature, making them all so much more exciting and consistent. With the amount of different rewards you can get, it can also make each Free Spins bonus game different from the last, as with one, you might have a high Multiplier with sticky Wild Reels, whilst the other sits with Random Wilds and Converted Wilds spread out over the reels. That’s really all there is to know about the game, and it’s one that surprised us, even though it’s definitely far from perfect.
