There is very little about Juicy Fruit Coins Hold & Win that is original, as, for one, it’s a Fruit slot, which is a genre of old-school games that hasn’t changed much in the last decade. But what’s more is that Evoplay has surely taken inspiration from Pragmatic Play’s Juicy Fruits series, and while the gameplay isn’t really the same, there are quite a few similarities, but that may also just come down to how little innovation the genre actually sees. But, as we said earlier, at least Evoplay tries to make the game look somewhat modern with glossy, shiny visuals, which we much prefer to games trying to copy the old-school style.
When it comes to gameplay, Evoplay decided to play it safe and release yet another fruit-themed Hold & Win game, and it plays just fine. While having an assortment of Cash Prizes, albeit small, alongside Jackpots is pretty fun, the game sadly doesn’t feel interesting or unique enough to keep us engaged with the actual gameplay.
