Frozen Age Slot Conclusion

Peter & Sons made a smart move here, creating a slot that certainly fits in with the Christmas festivities, but is not necessarily a Christmas slot, thus possibly giving it a longer life span. Not that you can’t play Christmas slots all year round, but we tend not to and assume that many people don’t. Sure, our friend Batista is dressed for the occasion, but there’s no crazy Christmas decoration or Santa’s. Our favorite thing design-wise is the contrast from the icy, cold cave to the green oasis in the base game. It’s eye-pleasing, sharp, and just beautiful.

Mechanically, Frozen Age is neither groundbreaking nor lackluster. Wilds, multipliers, and big blocks are in play, and although all of that has been used before, this particular combination and the way it plays doesn’t feel overused or repetitive. It’s just an all-around solid game with a strong foundation, resulting in an engaging experience without making too much noise.
