While the first Chests of Cai Shen wasn’t exactly a heavy hitter, it still had its charm, even though its gameplay and features were sadly relatively basic and unoriginal. Funnily enough, Chests of Cai Shen 2 addresses none of these issues, as the game barely even wanted to change its graphics, with the game looking nearly identical, with only a few changes to some paying symbols and the new blue chest, instead of the old green prosperity chest. While it’s not often we see such blatant laziness, Chests of Cai Shen 2 was a bit disappointing from the moment we entered the game, and while its features have a slight change to it, which can be pretty impactful, mind you, it still feels like the same game we got last year. But instead of just talking about it, let us dive deeper into the game.
Starting with the stats, we have, yet again, nearly identical stats to the prequel, sitting at a solid RTP of 96.5% and a hit frequency of 32.05%, but we do have a new, bigger max win of 15,000X the bet, which may be good news for the max win hunters out there. So, when we say that the game's features are the same, then we mean, that they are very much the same, as the only real change we have is the new Blue Fulfillment Coin bonus, which can give you Multipliers of up to 100X, instead of the old Green Prosperity Coin, which had chances of randomly upgrading your current Money Symbols.
