Barbarossa Dragon Empire is a thrilling sequel to what is some of Peter & Sons' most beloved games, and we think that this one might just end up on that list as well, as here there’s just more of what players have loved to play before. That isn’t to say that the game is a straight-up copy, even though they play remarkably similarly, and that is kinda because the foundation of the series lies in a simple game plan, which is hard to really change up without ruining the magic of the previous games. However, as soon as we entered the game, the new Chinese setting instantly dragged us in, and we were hooked, as it is a perfect follow-up that gives players some breathing room with a bit of uniqueness in an overly saturated pirate-theme. This helps the game stand out from its prequels, because, as we mentioned before, the gameplay hasn’t gotten that many changes that maybe some people would’ve hoped for. So, as we’re talking about gameplay, we might as well move over so we can do a deep dive into the game.
As usual, when we start talking about gameplay, we can’t miss out on the stats, and here we have some relatively good ones at 96.45% RTP and a hit frequency of 25.26%. However, as many people know, the Barbarossa games are known for their max wins, and here we see a sizeable upgrade at 40,000X the bet.
