Hearts Highway can be played on all common mobile devices and desktops. A winning combination is created by landing 3 or more matching symbols on consecutive reels within the game’s lines, starting from the leftmost reel.

The lower-paying symbols consist of grapes, limes, watermelons, and cherries. Five-of-a-kind with these pays 3.5x the bet. The higher-paying symbols include green bars, red bars, bells, and 7s. Hearts Highway Slot Conclusion

It didn’t take us long to figure out that we have some sort of 10 Swords sequel on our hands, and we think that it makes perfect sense. We are in some sort of hold & spin era with a lot of those “land 9 of this specific symbol to win big” slots, and it’s not showing any sign of slowing down. Now, we are not the biggest fans of these types of slots, as they rarely offer anything new, but we fully understand that providers decide to make them, seeing how popular they are. 

Hearts Highway is, in many ways, a well-made slot, but we do fear that it will fail to stand out in the crowd. We really like the design of it, and its simple mechanics may be liked by many, but there’s something about the math model that feels a bit off. And that’s not specific to this game but also to 10 Swords and many other similar games. Because to win really big, you have to get 9 or 10 hearts, which means that there are basically no wins in between 100-1000x. Now, that should make 1000x+ wins more common than in many other games, but the lack of, say, a 500x win, doesn’t feel great. Nonetheless, it’s a solid game that’s very easy to follow.
